The family dog is always lunging after squirrels and birds, so I suspect my mom will invest in one of those leashes as well. I like the reinforcement beneath the rubber for safety's' sake.

I have an old Palm Pilot that I never use. I'm wondering if crossing my phone with a PDA would make me apt to use it.

I have my eye on a very expensive jacket by Trina Turk. I'm hoping with the economy as it is that I'll be able to fetch it for a considerable discount come X-mas.

I am going to try one of those dog leads for my grey beast, thanks for the tip!

This year, I finally relented and got a Blackberry. Having for many years refused to use one out of principle. Now I don't know how I survived without one and I seem to have found the balance between using it and over using it too.

The second thing would by my digital / DAB radio. Such better quality than normal radio, plus it got me listening to quite a varied range of stations.

Finally, I bought a black jacket on the spur of the moment when I was in Las Vegas. I really wasn't sure, but bought it anyway and have had nothing but compliments on it when wearing it since.
